Gastronoma vacuum packings are perfect for sealing both wet and dry food. Ideal if you want to extend the shelf life of your food, for marinating or cooking meat, fish, and vegetables in sous vide. Normally it can take hours to properly marinate your food, but by vacuum sealing it can be done in 20 minutes. The device has a maximum sealing width of 30 cm and an integrated cutting function. The fully automatic control panel is very user-friendly; simply place the prepared bag, close the lid, choose vacuum seal or seal, and the device does the rest for you. If you have vacuum containers or wine stoppers, you can use the device to suck the air out of the containers or wine bottles using the supplied hose, making the contents last longer.
