The double low-fat hot air fryer from Gastronoma features an advanced air circulation system that cooks food faster and saves energy. You can cook without oil, reducing fat intake by up to 80% compared to traditional frying. The Gastronoma 18290006 Airfryer has a total capacity of 9 liters, divided into 2 airfry baskets with a non-stick coating, each with a capacity of 4.5 liters.
These baskets can be operated separately, with different temperatures and cooking times – ideal for situations where, for example, vegetables should not be cooked together with meat. Both the cooking zones and the included grill racks have a PFAS-free ceramic coating, making the air fryer completely PFAS-free.
Thanks to the Smart Finish program, you can set each cooking zone so that both dishes are ready at the same time. With the Match Cook program, you can match the settings for both baskets so they cook identically.
Both baskets are dishwasher safe. The hot air fryer features a digital touchscreen display and offers 12 automatic programs. The temperature can be adjusted between 50–200°C, and the timer can be set from 1 to 60 minutes. For each individual cooking zone, a signal sounds when the cooking time is over. The device switches off automatically once cooking is complete.
